Data Deletion Request

Solo Select Horses respects your right to have personal data about you deleted. This page explains what data we hold and how to ask us to remove it.

What data we hold

Solo Select Horses operates its ownFacebook Pages and Instagram Business accounts and uses Meta’s Graph API only to publish its own content. We do not collect, store, or build profiles of the people who follow, like, or comment on our pages beyond the aggregated insights Meta itself provides for managing a business page. As a result, in almost all cases we hold no personal data about an individual visitor or follower to delete.

The data we may hold about you is limited to anything you sent us directly — for example, a message from a contact or inquiry form, or an email about a horse, breeding, or sale.

How to request deletion

Email mel@soloselect.com with the subject line “Data Deletion Request.” Tell us how to identify your records (for example, the email address or name you used when you contacted us). We will locate any personal data we hold about you, delete it, and confirm once it has been removed. We aim to respond within 30 days.

Requests from Facebook or Instagram

If you remove our app from your Facebook or Instagram account, Meta notifies us through an automated data-deletion callback. Because we do not store personal data about followers of our pages, that callback is an acknowledgement: there is no follower profile on our side to erase. Meta then directs you to this page with a confirmation reference. If you believe we hold data about you that should be deleted, email us at the address above and we will handle it directly.
