Scorching the Charts—Solo Select Flash Sales Blaze On

Scorching the Charts—Solo Select Flash Sales Blaze On

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE – Gainesville, Texas – Solo Select’s fifth-ever Flash Sale once again highlighted the rising value of embryos out of elite mares across all disciplines—especially when offered through a platform that gives buyers confidence, clarity, and the assurance that they’re getting exactly what they came for: the very best.

The 2026 embryo that was a maternal sibling to the 2025 NRBC Champion, Golden Coins, commanded an impressive $88,000 when bidding closed in The Solo Select Sale, Tuesday April 29th. The embryo was offered by Heritage Farms, owner of the great mare Electric Cha Ching, and purchased by a buyer in Colorado.

This embryo marked only the second reining-bred embryo to sell through one of Solo Select’s Flash Sales, following the Crystalized Whizkey embryo that sold during the second-ever Flash Sale on March 9. The $100,000 sale to ThorSport was a pivotal moment—not just for the reining industry, but for all performance horse disciplines—highlighting the undeniable value of elite maternal genetics. Last night’s results only reinforced that truth.

"These Flash Sales are proving what industry leaders have said for years—the power of a great mare is undeniable. These foals hold value from day one," says Melanie Smith. "The world is finally recognizing the influence of elite maternal lines—something people like Doug Carpenter had been telling us all along."

These exclusive Flash Sales are part of a broader mission at Solo Select—to elevate the value of top-tier genetics and to provide a premium, trustworthy sales experience for both buyers and sellers. But they aren’t open to just anyone.

“These opportunities are only available to clients who utilize our breeding services,” Smith adds. “We’re invested in the long game with our clients—from planning the perfect cross to selling the resulting embryo or foal. It’s a program built on trust, transparency, and results. And these Flash Sale numbers prove it’s working.”

Whether it’s a reining-bred embryo like the $100,000 Crystalized Whizkey or the maternal sibling to Golden Coins, these elite offerings continue to turn heads and raise expectations—one Flash Sale at a time.
