RPL Ich This has some of the NICEST foals we have seen. Her foals are proving to be outstanding, classy individuals with a ton of natural athleticism. Her 2021 mare by Stevie Rey Von sold for $240,000 in the NCHA Western Bloodstock Sale last December, and we are VERY excited to watch that mare in the 2024 futurity this year! Several of RRL’s oldest foals didn’t make it into programs at no fault of their own. Her most recent foals, however, have been placed in the right programs under some of the best trainers in the business and they are already taking off. Her foals have already won almost $100,000 with several more coming of age within the next couple years.
She was a phenomenal show horse herself under the guidance of Phil Rapp. She won over $134,000 in her career – all in major OPEN events. Her dam, Ruby Duece, was also an incredible individual who won $111,773 and produced over $585,000. Her third dam, Ruby Bagonia, won $114,2555 and has produced over $915,000. The maternal influence in this mare is incredible, and its showing up in her foals.
