Big Time Movie Star, the all-time leading rope mare in the world per QData, saw her first foal top the 2026 Old West Rope Horse Sale at $60,000.
The mare, owned, bred, and promoted by Solo Select Horses and known as "Queen," reached the QData mark in March 2023. The sale of her first foal reinforces that standing, putting a number on what her production is worth before the offspring has set foot in the arena.
Queen built the record fast. She crossed $110,000 in lifetime earnings in just her first year competing, a run that included the 2022 APHA World Championship in Open Heeling and a Badlands Bit & Spur Futurity title under 26-time World Champion Trevor Brazile.
