When a young head horse starts making waves in Trevor Brazile and Miles Baker’s program, people take notice. Now buyers have the opportunity to own the mare behind one of those rising stars.
The Solo Select March Mixed Sale, set for Sunday, March 15, offers buyers exactly that–an opportunity to invest in horses with both performance credentials and a blacktype to reflect the rope horse industry's most elite bloodlines. This sale features a diverse lineup of not only broodmares and turn-key show horses, but embryos, two-year-olds, foals, stallions, and more. Among the standout offerings this year are two mares that represent both sides of the rope horse pipeline: one already proving herself as a producer of high end performers, and another young rope horse with the pedigree and foundation to continue progressing in a competitive rope horse program. Triple My Fire: The Dam Behind a Rising Relentless Remuda Star

Buyers looking for a proven broodmare won't want to overlook Triple My Fire, the dam of one of the most exciting young head horses in the futurity scene today. Her daughter Cardi BRelentless has quickly become one of the best in Trevor Brazile and Miles Baker’s program. She has already earned more than $56,000 and has not missed a short round yet this year in the rope horse futurities, establishing herself as a consistent and competitive young head horse.

“These are the kind of horses you like to show up on,” said Baker. “They’re going to give you a chance to win money every time.”
Triple My Fire carries the kind of pedigree that continues producing across multiple Western performance horse disciplines. She is by PG Dry Fire, out of the industry-shaping sire Playgun and the 2005 NRCHA World’s Greatest Horseman Open Reserve Champion who earned $146,871. PG Dry Fire has gone on to sire nearly $1 million in earners including Shane Hanchey’s standout tie-down horse AMR Burning Cash, the PRCA NFR Tie-Down Roping Average Reserve Champion with earnings of more than $130,000. He is also the sire of Rockin The Guns, a barrel racing standout that earned more than $100,000 and competed at the National Finals Rodeo with Sue Smith.
Triple My Fire’s maternal line further strengthens her value as a broodmare, with producers of money-earners across barrel racing, ranch riding, cow horse, and team roping. Triple My Fire’s influence appears throughout the offering. Two of her 2026 colts—both sired by Winners Version—are also included in the sale, one sorrel and one bay, giving buyers multiple chances to invest in the genetics behind one of the Relentless Remuda’s rising head horses. Dirrty Secret: A Full Sister to the Exciting Young Stallion Dirty Fling

While Triple My Fire represents a dominant producer, Dirrty Secret offers buyers the chance to own a young mare with the elite genetics and the potential to be your next top producer.

The six-year-old red roan mare is a full sister to the exciting young sire, Dirty Fling, making her a part of one of the most talked about families in the rope horse world.
She is sired by Metallic Cat, the NCHA Horse of the Year who earned $637,711 and captured the NCHA Open Futurity Championship. Metallic Cat has become one of the most influential sires in the Western performance horse industry with offspring earnings exceeding $84 million. On the bottom side, Dirrty Secret is out of Streak Of Gin, a daughter of the legendary Streak Of Fling, whose offspring have earned more than $13 million across barrel racing and roping. More than half of Streak Of Gin’s foals have gone on to become money earners, demonstrating the strength of the maternal line.
Dirrty Secret has already been thoughtfully started in a professional program. She was shown by Tate Kirchenschlager at the American Rope Horse Futurity, Old West Futurity, and Gold Buckle Futurities.
An Opportunity to Invest in the Future

Sales like The Solo Select March Mixed Sale have become an important avenue for breeders, competitors, and investors to access the kind of horses shaping the future of the rope horse industry.
For Solo Select Horses co-founder and co-owner Melanie Smith, bringing horses like Triple My Fire and Dirrty Secret to the offering is exactly what the program is about.
“Our goal with the Solo Select sales is to offer horses that truly matter in the industry,” said Smith. “When you look at pedigrees like these and see them already producing or competing at the highest level, it’s exciting to be able to offer that kind of opportunity to buyers.”
In a sport where the right horse can change everything, opportunities like these don’t come along often.
